These Terms of Use govern your use of Love Connecta. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities as a member of our community.
By creating an account or using Love Connecta, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Love Connecta.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Love Connecta. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Content you post — photos, prompts, messages — must be yours or content you have the right to share. You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile information; misrepresenting your identity, age, or intentions is prohibited.
You agree not to use Love Connecta to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others, to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, to share offensive or illegal content, to impersonate another person, to scrape or automate the service, or to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Premium and Premium Plus are recurring subscriptions billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Boosts are one-time purchases. Prices are shown at purchase and may change for future billing periods. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel them from your account settings. Paid features are governed by the plan in effect at the time of purchase.
Certain features require device permissions — for example, camera and photo access to upload images, notifications for match and message alerts, and optional location for nearby suggestions. Granting these permissions is voluntary; declining them limits the related features but doesn't prevent you from using the app otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for how permission data is handled.
Love Connecta offers AI-powered tools including matchmaking, a dating coach, and profile improvement suggestions. These features are provided to assist you and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unhelpful output. They don't constitute professional advice. You're responsible for your decisions and interactions on the platform.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the community, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Love Connecta is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee you'll find a match or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised terms with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
