This Privacy Policy explains how Love Connecta ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website. By using Love Connecta, you agree to the practices described here.
When you create an account, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, date of birth, location, photos, and the preferences and prompts that make up your dating profile. We also collect information generated as you use Love Connecta, such as the profiles you view, like, or pass on, your messages, matches, and device and usage data.
We use your information to build and display your profile, recommend compatible people, facilitate matches and conversations, process payments, verify accounts, enforce our Community Guidelines, and improve the quality of our matchmaking and AI features.
Love Connecta may request the following device permissions. Each is optional and used only for the feature described:
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as needed to operate the service: with payment processors (e.g. Stripe) to handle subscriptions and boosts, with cloud infrastructure providers that host your data, and when required by law or to protect the safety of our community. Other users can see the public details you choose to display on your profile.
We keep your profile and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile, subscription, matches, messages, and related records.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, restricted internal access, and row-level data isolation — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures.
You can edit your profile, adjust visibility (including Incognito mode), manage notification preferences, and export or delete your data at any time. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
Love Connecta is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the date below and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
